14/07/2024 Release notes – Wallter Services – 7.4.12

We’ve just released the 7.4.12:

  1. Closure Reason was added to Corporates.

Now, when closing, terminating, closing app, or rejecting a Corporate, it is mandatory to define a reason:

The reason will be visible in the CRM interface and available for future reports.

  1. Security upgrades:
    • For API Permissions: collecting logs regarding each API usage.
    • The Log system to exclude sensitive information.
  2. Settings for Card Fees were enhanced. We added the ‘percent_min’ function for all lines that previously contained ‘percent’.
  3. Operational team has been added to the immediate alerts service, to promptly receive information about transactions with a 0 fee for verification purposes. Also, Florentina participated in a small training session to learn how to work with the functionality.
  4. A filter has been added to the CRM to sort transactions by SEPA SCT (show only sct) and SEPA Inst (show only inst) types.

  1. Made improvements to the source of leads saving service to store information not only at the user level but also at the company level.
  2. A possibility of removing the SEPA SCT restriction for a particular client in Settings: ‘Duplicate transactions to the same beneficiary with the same amount within 5 minutes will be declined’.

8. Bugs were solved:

    • Problem with opening CRS Form for Clients.
    • Issues with CRM in the “Information” tab, under the “Operational Information” section: radio buttons for “Activity Requires License” and “Has License”.
    • Regarding Proof of address updates.
