29/09/2024 Release notes – Wallter Services – 8.4

We’ve just released 8.4:

  1. A read-only customer role has been created in our Customer App. Now, individual company members in Structute can be assigned to this new role.

The role cannot be combined with other roles. The operations team should enable “Log in” access for read-only customers, similar to how they currently manage authorized signatories.

Read-only customers will be able to view all company operations but will not be allowed to conduct transactions. This feature could be used by our clients for audit and monitoring purposes. Initially, it was required by Rapyd.

2. List Payments API has been customized to meet Swiss Wallter‘s needs. As a payment provider, they can now review all their clients’ complete transaction lists.

3. Fields in the CRM that are dedicated to setting up daily AML monitoring during onboarding to Lexis Nexis are marked with [AML] in the CRM. When changing these fields in the future, we should consider updating the company’s data in Lexis Nexis afterwards. We marked them for Primary Companies (Corporates) and Associated Members (Individuals and Entities in Structure).

Example:

4. Made corrections to the Rick Calculation’s dedicated CRM fields and fixed the [RC] marks.

    • Financial Info:

    • Changed logic to populate [Source of Wealth] using values from the drop-down. They will be displayed like this in the pop-up:

Default = Not Applicable. It also appears when all values are deleted from the drop-down.

    • The same changes appeared on the [Information] Tab:

4. According to the KYC request, the field [Client’s behaviours and reputation] was deleted.

5. Added a radio button for [Physical presence] (Corporate → Information → General Info)

[Country] is mandatory if [Physical presence] = true
