Executive Assistant

Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Personal Assistant to support one of our Executives in our Lithuanian office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive and their teams, including drafting and proofreading emails, preparing PP presentations, and organizing files.
  • Assist in the planning and coordinating of company events and meetings.
  • Manage office expenses and prepare expense reports.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Executive and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Desirable qualities:

  • Enjoy working in a global environment.
  • Fintech-oriented or willing to learn about this field.
  • Understanding the concept of task prioritization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer savvy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
