Wallter is looking for a passionate and client-focused Customer Support Officer to join our growing team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our approved clients, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with Wallter’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide ongoing support to maximize their success with Wallter.
- Become an expert in Wallter’s products and services, confidently resolving client inquiries and issues.
- Manage client requests and inquiries through multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone (where applicable).
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Compliance and Monitoring, to provide timely and comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to the development of successful client onboarding and support processes.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, either online or offline.
- Experience in a financial institution (FinTech or traditional banking) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required), with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, and driven by a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
